Carol: Bookkeeper,  I work from home – I own a bookkeeping business named “Sum Total LLC”

Where did you live before you purchased your current home with our team?

Paul: We owned a home in Hyde Park that Amy sold for us.

What was your experience with SELLING your home with our team?

Paul:  Best experience we’ve ever had a with a realtor. Professional, empathetic, disciplined, knowledgeable.

Carol: A pleasure! We knew upfront what was expected of us and what to expect of the Amy B  Sells team.

What was your home BUYING journey like?  

Paul: Excellent as well. Jenny was a pro.

Carol: Jenny could not have been better! She was patient & persistent as we had specific things we wanted in our new home & she looked until she found it.

What surprised you about buying your home?  

Paul/Carol: Nothing.

What is your favorite thing about your new home?  

Paul: Potential for main floor living.

Carol: Living room & dining room are large enough to allow us to have a group of people over.  Also love my garden in the back.

What is your favorite thing to do in Cincinnati or your neighborhood?  

Paul: Checking out the new restaurant scene, being part of Crossroads Church.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?  

Paul: An adult.

Carol: A wife & mother

What was your first job?  

Paul: Flipping burgers.

Carol:  I worked as a office manager for a pipeline construction company.

What is your favorite Vacation Destination?  

Paul: Italy.

Carol: The beach!
