What was your home buying journey like?
Nelson: It was a very exciting and rewarding experience.
Chelsea: Extremely smooth and seamless. Although we found a house faster than our planned time frame, we were given the tools and information necessary to jump on it, as you have to with the home buying experience in Cincinnati currently.
What surprised you about buying your home?
Nelson: I was surprised how quickly homes sold in our area!
Chelsea: That we could own something awesome within the budget we were currently spending in rent and that everything is negotiable.
What was your experience like working with The Amy B Sells Team, and Jenny?
Nelson: Fantastic! The Amy B Sells Team was very helpful and made us feel special throughout the entire process
Chelsea: Amazing. Knowing Amy for years, it was newer to me to be working with Jenny, however, Amy leads great people and Jenny was perfect in being readily available to show us homes and professionally lead us through the experience. She was also extremely helpful to us with explaining things involved in being a first time home buyer. The Amy B Sells team is very cheerful, helpful, professional, honest, and enjoyable to work with as a whole.
What is your favorite thing about your new home?
Nelson: Our secluded lot with lots of wildlife!
Chelsea: There are so many things! We were definitely thankful for new kitchen upgrades and appliances! As far as the character of the house, we have a really cool back covered porch area, perfect for a hammock or entertaining.
What is your favorite thing to do in Cincinnati or your neighborhood?
Nelson: We like to take our dog Jack on walks at the local trails
Chelsea: Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE Cincinnati, and all of its local businesses. I would have to say my favorite neighborhood is East Walnut Hills, since we lived there for our entire 4 apartment living years. One of my favorite things to do is check out new local coffee shops after long runs.
What is your favorite restaurant or bar?
Nelson: Mt. Carmel Brewing
Chelsea: Taste of Belgium is a top one; Love Myrtles Punch House for a different kind of bar vibe.

Chelsea: First a teacher, then a chef, then a clown.
