What was your experience with SELLING your home with our team?

Michelle: We had a great selling experience with Amy B Sells.  From the initial call until the sale of our Home, Amy was extremely supportive, helpful, and truthful (as outlined in the initial conversation). There were times when ‘hard’ conversations were had, and Amy was professional and  remained business oriented throughout the process.

Chris: I had a great experience working with the Amy B Sells team. From the minute we met to the sale of our house, everything was done professionally and with great care and consideration. Your team was always available to answer any questions we had and your team also provided us with additional help finding home inspectors and other contractors to help fix anything at our old home.

What was your home BUYING journey like?

Michelle: Different than I expected, but better than I hoped for.  We had areas in mind where we wanted to purchase our next home, but were struggling with the quality difference based on our price point.  Jenny recommended that we expand our scope a bit and in doing so, we were able to find a home that was better than we expected.

Chris: The journey was fast. But that is good, we were able to sell our house in just over a week and found the house of our dreams a couple days after the sale of our house. The whole process was great. Buying and selling a house is stressful but your team managed to take away a lot of the stress we had.

What was your experience like working with The Amy B Sells Team, and Jenny to BUY?

Michelle: Smooth.  Honestly.  This process has flowed so ‘easy’ that I became skeptical up to closing.  I didn’t allow myself to be happy/excited until after closing…on both houses.

Chris: Our experience was great, Jenny was always available to take us to the homes we were interested in seeing. And if Jenny had a conflict she found another person on the team to help us. Jenny also didn’t back down from telling us the truth about some neighborhoods and locations ,which is good for a buyer looking in a new area. You could tell that Jenny wasn’t just looking for a quick sale. I felt like she was with us on the journey to find the right home.

What surprised you with buying your home?

Chris: How fast the offer was accepted. We saw many houses, but the minute we walked through the house we purchased we knew it was the one. We made an offer right after walking through and the sellers accepted.

What do you love about the community where you recently purchased your home?

Michelle: I love that it’s an active community.  When we walked through the home for the first time there were multiple runners, dog walkers, kids out collecting can goods (I just got another food drive flyer on our first day in the house J).  I’m excited for my kids to grow-up in a neighborhood similar, but better, to the one they were born in.

Chris: I love the fact that the community is very active. Michelle and I both run, and it is nice to see so many people out in the neighborhood walking and running. We also love the fact that everyone we have met so far is very nice and welcoming.

What is your favorite thing about your new home?

Michelle: Oh so many things.  I love that we have a house on 1+ acres of land, I love that the kids have their own bathroom, I love that we have a side profile garage, I love that everyone takes care of their house…I could go on and on.

Chris: My favorite thing about the new house is waking up and looking outside in the backyard at all the trees we have. It is quite a change to go from farm land to woods

What is your kids favorite thing about their new home?

Michelle: That they have their own bathrooms.

What is your favorite thing to do in Cincinnati or your neighborhood?

Michelle: The Loveland bike trail and the creek in the backyard.  I may be foreshadowing a bit 😉

What is your kids favorite thing to do in or around your neighborhood? Is there something they are looking forward to now that you live there?

Michelle: Explore.  There are so many new things to see and experience.

What is your favorite restaurant or bar?

Michelle: Apparently our new community rents out a bus 1x per month and takes trips around the city to experience new locations/events.  So, our favorite is yet to be determined.

Where is your kids favorite place to eat near your new home?

Michelle: Our new kitchen 😉

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Michelle: A pediatric cardiologist.  Not sure that I met that goal.  But, I do get to work with kids on a daily basis…at least for the next 18 years.

Chris: Veterinarian
